I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University with a concentration in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University.  I bring a wholistic approach to therapy, integrating the mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy supporting my clients in listening to their body’s wisdom and cultivating a more intimate relationship with self, which fosters more nourishing connections with others and the universe at large. I work with clients on all levels of being including the personal, relational, and planetary.

Trained in gestalt therapy, mindfulness/meditation and yoga, I provide a heart-centered, non-judgmental space for people to explore mindfulness, embodiment, sexual wellness, spirituality, growth, meaning-making, and purpose in life. I combine my studies and lived experiences of holistic nutrition and wellness, Eastern traditions, mind-body science, spiritual transformation, and social justice values to provide support for diverse clients. I guide my clients in uncovering the roots of their challenges and living in alignment with their values to access more presence and joy in their lives. I facilitate deep inner work in session and offer tools to practice in daily life. I typically work with people navigating stress, anxiety/depression, life transitions, relationship challenges. I also enjoy supporting my clients in relating to themselves with compassion, building self-confidence, and finding purpose.
