If you are reside outside of the Colorado area, I offer coaching services that include psychotherapeutic methodologies, but are not considered psychotherapy. This is great for those who are seeking support in exploring mindfulness and meditation, embodiment, sexual wellness, stress-management, spirituality and purpose in life.
